These transitions are essential for a resilient and sustainable future, yet they often face barriers that slow down or block progress.

Governance
Rabo Impact Foundation
Rabo Impact Foundation is a non-profit organization with a mission to support sustainable societal transitions. Although we share a name with Rabobank, we operate independently.
The foundation has a board with two members responsible for day-to-day operations, implementing the investment strategy, risk management, and overseeing operational processes. In addition, there is a Supervisory Board consisting of five members, the majority of whom are independent of Rabobank. The Supervisory Board monitors the board and ensures transparency and accountability in everything we do.
Remuneration policy
Members of the Supervisory Board do not receive compensation for their work, but they are reimbursed for reasonable expenses and receive a non-excessive fee.
Board members, acting in that capacity, do not receive remuneration from the foundation. Reasonable expenses incurred by board members are reimbursed.
